Bowen Therapy

Bowen can be used effectively to treat a wide variety of conditions whether they be short or long term. It is a treatment that can be used for all of the above conditions, and also:

Arthritis, Asthma, Hay Fever, respiratory problems, Chronic Fatigue, ME, sleep problems, Fibromyalgia, neurological problems (i.e. stroke recovery, MS, Bell’s Palsy), IBS and digestive problems, kidney problems, maximising sports performance and injury prevention, pre and post natal, fertility problems, breast pain, PMT, infant colic and bed wetting in children.

Bowen is an incredibly gentle therapy which is safe for any age group, including new born babies, expectant mothers and the elderly.

The benefit of the Bowen Technique is that your body is treated holistically. Although Bowen Therapy is generally used to address a particular ailment, experience has found it can that it can improve other potentially unrelated health issues, whether these are musculoskeletal, digestive and/or circulatory problems.
